5. Status of SupremeCar & Commercial Vehicle Policy
RegulatoryRole as a Technology Intermediary: SupremeCar operates as a technology and communication platform connecting travelers with verified driver partners. SupremeCar does not operate vehicles or directly employ drivers as transport carriers. The legal contract of carriage is established directly between the Driver and the Passenger.
Commercial Vehicle Requirement (Yellow Number Plates)
SupremeCar operates for commercial passenger transport. Vehicles offering rides on the platform must hold valid commercial registration (yellow number plates) in compliance with the Indian Motor Vehicles Act and regional RTO regulations. Private registration vehicles (white number plates) are not permitted to earn commercial fares. Drivers operating unauthorized vehicles do so at their sole legal and regulatory risk.
6. Booking Service & Trip Confirmations
BookingsDrivers publish ride schedules specifying departure date, pickup points, travel route, destination, cost contribution per seat, and available seating capacity.
- Passengers book seats by clicking “Book Ride” and submitting the required passenger details.
- Upon transaction authorization, SupremeCar transmits a digital Booking Confirmation via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
- Once the confirmation is issued, a legally binding agreement for the ride is deemed established between the Passenger and the Driver.
- SupremeCar reserves the right to restrict the number of bookings per user to maintain service integrity.

8. Vehicle Compliance & Insurance Coverage
SafetyThe Driver shall obtain and maintain a comprehensive, valid insurance policy that covers third-party liability and all occupants of the Vehicle for every Trip offered on SupremeCar.
Mandatory Vehicle Credentials:

In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of SupremeCar for any claim arising under a booking shall not exceed the actual booking fee paid by the User for that specific transaction.
11. Payments, Platform Fees & Driver Payouts
FinancialsAll online bookings are processed through certified payment aggregators (such as Razorpay) in adherence to banking settlement guidelines.
SupremeCar collects the passenger fare, which includes base travel price, applicable GST, and platform convenience fees. SupremeCar deducts its commission, platform operational expenses, and banking fees before disbursing the net driver service earnings.
Driver earnings from successfully completed trips are consolidated and transferred to the Driver’s verified registered bank account on a weekly payout cycle (typically within 7 business days following aggregator settlement).
Drivers must ensure their bank account remains active and KYC-compliant. SupremeCar holds no liability for failed disbursements resulting from incorrect bank details or inactive accounts.
12. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund TiersTo maintain predictability for driver partners and fair terms for passengers, SupremeCar enforces the following standardized refund policy. Approved refunds are processed within 15 to 30 business days.

13. Partial Payment ("Pay at Vehicle") & Ancillary Tolls
PaymentsWhere selected, SupremeCar offers a partial advance booking option (“Pay at Vehicle”):
- The user pays an advance seat reservation fee online to secure the booking voucher.
- The remaining balance must be paid directly to the driver upon boarding the vehicle.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance at pickup triggers immediate ride cancellation, and the advance token is non-refundable.
Unless explicitly bundled in the booking receipt, expenses such as National Highway Tolls, State Border Entry Permits, Airport Parking Fees, and excess Driver Bata are the passenger’s responsibility and must be paid directly during the journey.
14. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities
